Current Service Status

The current COVID-19 pandemic means that we have been reviewing our provision of services.
We shall be closing our office to visits from clients as from 1 April 2020 apart from the delivery of business records for VAT returns and urgent company accounts (by arrangement).
For the following few weeks, we plan to operate a reduced service and shall give priority to services in the following order:
VAT returns, company accounts and confirmation statements with pending deadlines
Urgent queries
In consequence of this, responding to calls and emails may be delayed and we would ask for all urgent requests to be emailed to  or . Our landline 0117 9635356 will be diverted to Lorraine’s mobile phone 07932 691727 and urgent calls can also be made to Margaret’s mobile phone 07850740316.

There will be a delay in starting work on the 2020 self-assessment tax returns, but most clients will not have their full information available until at least mid-May. 
In order to be responsible to ourselves, our family, friends, clients and the public at large, we are keeping up to date with all the guidelines recommended by the government and WHO and making sure we follow the new restrictions.
We shall try to provide the best possible service through this challenging situation and should appreciate your cooperation.
