Current Service Status

A review of the current COVID-19 pandemic measures means that we can now give an update on our provision of services.

Our office is now open to visits from clients from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. However, in order to safeguard the health of our staff, we ask that the following procedures are followed:

Please call in advance to arrange a date and time to visit (even if it is just to deliver/collect your records).

You are asked to cancel an arranged visit if you have symptoms of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

On arrival please use the hand gel in the hallway before coming upstairs.

For the following weeks, we plan to operate our normal service but shall give priority to services in the following order:

  • Payroll 
  • VAT returns, company accounts, confirmation statements and other compliance forms with pending deadlines.
  • Urgent queries
  • Self-assessment tax returns

In consequence of this, responding to calls and emails may be delayed and we would ask for all urgent requests to be emailed to  . Our landline 0117 9635356 is now being answered in the office but urgent calls can still be made to Lorraine’s mobile phone 07932 691727 or Margaret’s mobile phone 07850740316.

This is of course a changing situation and we will continue to keep you updated on our business operations. 

In order to be responsible to ourselves, our family, friends, clients and the public at large, we are keeping up to date with all the guidelines recommended by the government and WHO and making sure we follow the new restrictions.

We shall try to provide the best possible service through this challenging situation but some staff are still ‘shielding’ and we should appreciate your cooperation.
